Having lived in Richmond for the past 20+ years, I have witnessed first-hand the strong prospect of real estate in wealth accumulation. On the flip side, I have also seen how financially unforgiving real estate can be, if it is not approached with proper care and competence.
I have acquired my traditional education from the University of British Columbia in the school of Food Science and Nutritional Science, and with these teachings I am able to assess every real estate transaction with a scientific and analytical eye - something I’m proud to say is a rarity in the profession.My past years in the different sectors of the real estate industry has also equipped me with the necessary skills and knowledge to help clients navigate around many potential and ugly problems in a deal.
